Believe it or not, there is an online course you can take about how to properly wash and care for the exterior of residential homes and commercial properties. It covers every type of surface that might be encountered as well as the operating procedures and safety guidelines to do the job properly and effectively. All in, the course is nearly 12 hours of instruction and access to the completion certification and badges displayed on the home page are not granted till every second of that instruction is complete. I found this course and I completed it as I wanted to be as knowledgable and informed as possible before I started working on peoples homes or on commercial properties.
